Job Description

  • Responsible for ticketing,  customer service and event coordination.
  • Work closely with Sales Department on upcoming events for Corporate Team Building, School Visit, Birthday Party and (Base Camp - ESCAPE Penang).
  • Coordinate with food and beverage (F&B), recreations and other relevant departments on organizing upcoming events.
  • Carry out walk-in and appointment type of site inspection for Corporate, School, Travel Agents, Family & Friends (Birthday Party) and Media / Video Shooting Enquiries.
  • Assist walk-in customer.
  • Constantly look for ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of department by suggesting improvement wherever  needed.
  • To carry out duties as tasked with a professional attitude, ensuring that Sim Leisure Group’s service standards, objectives and  code of conduct are met or exceeded at all times.
  • Create and maintain records / documentations with accurate.

Requirements

  • At least 2-years’ experience in coordinating events and experience in customer service
  • Fluent in written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer-literate, particularly with emails, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
