Sim Choo Kheng
Founder & Executive Chairman
Sim Choo Kheng is responsible for overseeing the overall business development and general management of Sim Leisure Group, and formulating the Group’s strategic directions and expansion plans. Sim has devoted 31 years of his life to the Leisure Industry. He is a visionary and a true entrepreneur who has persevered in creating a new theme park / family entertainment genre with his revolutionary thinking.
Silviya Georgieva provides management direction for the Group, primarily in areas such as Human Resource, IT, and Finance, towards its current and long-term goals and objectives. She joined Sim Leisure as an ISO Quality Officer in March 2006, and worked as an administration manager from 2011 to 2013 where she was responsible for human resources and administrative management.
Chung Yew Pong (Bryan)
Bryan Chung has more than 20 years of experience in various industries including audit, corporate banking, fund management, private equity and venture capital. In addition, he was also part of an equity crowdfunding platform and sat on the board of an e-wallet company in Malaysia.
Tan Boon Seng
Non-Independent Non- Executive Director
Tan Boon Seng is the latest board member of Sim Leisure Group, joining the Group in June 2020 as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director. He owns and operates Malaysia's largest Chinese restaurant chains such as Dragon-I, Canton-I, Ho Min San, Ren and Japanese restaurant franchise YAYOI.
Tan Hui Tsu Catherine
Catherine holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Banking and Finance, from Monash University and graduated with an MBA from RMIT University. She has more than 25 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Industry. Her experience span across retail, SME, Corporate Banking as well as Regional Loan Product. With her passion in the SME segment, she has during her course of work partner, grew and supported numerous privately held SMEs into listed Entities
Sho Kian Hin, Eric
Eric Sho is an experienced consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the capital markets industry, namely skilled in Merger & Acquisition, Taxation, Financial Management & Budgeting, Corporate Finance, Team Building, and Capital Markets. He is also a graduate of Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. (FCCA)
Stephen Brian Peet
Stephen has over 40 years of experience in the attractions industry, which includes management and consultancy services, as well as serving a 16-year tenure as the General Manager of Wet n' Wild Waterworld and another seven as Chief Operating Officer of Warner Village Theme Parks, both in Gold Coast, Australia.
