Job Description

  • Plan and prepare digital marketing campaigns, social media content calendars and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare digital marketing content and copies in accordance to the outlined marketing campaigns and calendar.
  • Publish creative content on social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn), websites and other digital/advertising platforms (email campaign, website, digital displays).
  • Design, maintain and update website content and information.
  • Monitor performance of websites, social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns to evaluate key deliverables.
  • Constantly monitor digital marketing trends within the leisure & theme park industry.
  • Observe and suggest improvements for the department’s efficiency and implement wherever needed.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior/management.
  • Carry out duties as tasked with a professional attitude, ensuring that Sim Leisure Group's service standards, objectives and code of conduct are met or exceeded at all times.

Requirements

  • Working proficiency in graphic design (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Working proficiency in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Working fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Analytic skills – particularly in social media and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in videography, photography, video editing is an added advantage.
  • Creative problem-solving ability.
  • Multitasking and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Articulate and assertive in communicating ability.
